Returns Made Easier!
In case you wish to return your order, we will review and honour returns up to 15 days from the date you received the item(s). Returns will only be accepted on unworn and unused merchandise.
How To Return The Products?
In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from us, you may contact the OUR TEAM with your complaints/ feedbacks at info@ Bharatjewel.com, who shall revert back to you at the earliest.
In case of receipt of product in DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM - On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality / quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery, so that Bharatjewel.com may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.
Email at info@ Bharatjewel.com with your order number and item code you wish to return.
We will notify you by email once we've received and processed the returned item(s). All items will be inspected upon return. Please allow 15 working days from the receipt of your returned item(s) for us to process the return and give you store credit.
Some items are not eligible for return. Items that are generally not returnable include order or Customized jewellery, any altered / modified jewellery
Upon approval of your request, simply pack your item back in the box in which it arrived and be sure to include all packaging materials. original company tag,etc.
Email us the tracking number so that we can track the returned order.The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. bharatjewel.com is not responsible for any items that are returned damaged.

CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Your order can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing the order. Kindly email us back at email@example.com with reasons for cancelling an order. Beyond 1 hour of placing the order, no order can be cancelled as we start processing the order. .
Cancellation and Refund (As store Credit/ Cash Back) rules:
Order Cancellation within 24 hours of placing – 85% of Bill Value refund
Order Cancellation between 1 to 3 days of purchase – 75% of Bill Value refund
once shipping start cant cancel your order
You can exchange the product within 15 days of receiving it based on availability of the replacement.
Alternatively, in case of the replacement product being unavailable, store credit of the same value which can be used on the next purchase will be given
